This project was created as a part of the UCLA UX Certificate course to explore service design for the vehicle buying experience and doesn't reflect a real world case, however all research and methods performed were in the goal of learning more about the space and practicing good design.

The onset of a global pandemic has changed buying habits in many ways – one of the most apparent being the increase in online consumerism. The car buying market has remained relatively unchanged for years, and with changing times comes the need for the experience to adapt to the new consumer.
